| Are there any expiry dates on the products? |
|
All phone credits never expire. Incoming Phone Numbers are bought for a certain period of time, and expire when that period comes to an end if not renewed.

| What are the Virtual Incoming Phone Numbers and how to use them? |
|
A Virtual Incoming Phone Number is a telephone number that forwards incoming calls to any other phone number, or any
other SIP/IAX accounts. To order one just select the Virtual Phone Number product, the country and the city, and proceed to the payment page. Numbers are generated
instantly and emailed to you once we receive the payment. All Virtual Local Incoming Phone numbers have unlimited minutes if you forward calls to voip destinations.
Call forwarding to regular phone numbers is charged at our regular phone card rates.

| What is SIP Phone? |
|
A SIP phone is a special Voip phone that provides the traditional call functions of a telephone, such as dial, answer, reject, hold/unhold, and call transfer. SIP phones may be implemented as a hardware device (adapter to your regular phone) or as a softphone.

| What are SIP Phone extensions? |
|
A SIP phone extension is an addition to your SIP Phone. It allows you to organize your private phone system (PBX) in our cloud and make calls between extensions for FREE. SIP Extensions can be combined with Auto Attendant and will allow you to have calls routed based on your rules.

| What is Auto Attendant/Phone Switch Board? |
|
AUTO Attendant allows you to create/record your own voice menu, and forward incoming calls to other phones based on user selection (i.e. to connect to marketing press 1, to contact Sales press 2 and so on).
You can also use AUTO Attendant to ward off any telemarketing calls by having callers make a selection!
To enable it, buy a phone number, and select Auto Attendant as a forward type. You can define up to 10 menu options.

| What are phone reminders/notifications? |
|
Phone reminders are messages that sent to your phone. Our service can send both pre-recorded messages or translate
text into voice (TTS). The end result is that you or your recipient receives a phone call and listens to the message.

| How to minimize international and domestic call costs? |
|
If you frequently make international or domestic calls, use our phone card and sip phone services. Our rates are much lower than those of the competition.
If you travel or have relatives abroad or living in a different state, you can buy a local Incoming phone number, available in 60+
countries, and forward calls to your voip destination, or regular phone.
